| HOW To USE DIMPLE DIES |
| STEP 1 Cut a hole to the desired size. This hole needs to be cut to the desired with of the dimple die. Ex. IF you are using a 1.5" die then you need a 1.5" hole. |
| Step 2 Place the hole in the material on top of the male die and slide down until it rests on the slanted forming part of the die. |
| Step 3 Place the female die over the male die and slide down to sandwich the material between the dies. Make sure the female die seats properly on the male die before pressing down. |
| Step 4 Press the female die and the male die together to create the dimple, a 20 ton or greater press for this. |
| Step 5 Remove the female die and pop the male die out of the material . The dimple is now complete. |
